The Emirates News Agency reported that real estate transactions in Ajman reached AED 10.8 billion in the first half of 2026. The total covers activity registered with the Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Authority during the period. This marks the primary figure released for the emirate’s market performance in 2026 so far.

This latest half-year result compares with more than AED 9 billion registered in the first six months of 2024 from 7,071 transactions, an Economy Middle East review from July 2024 found. The 2024 full-year total stood at AED 20.5 billion, according to data cited by The National in December 2025. By the end of 2025 the annual figure had climbed to AED 28 billion with 18,779 transactions, the Ajman Real Estate website reported in January 2026.

Dubai saw real estate transactions worth AED 431 billion in the first half of 2025, the Dubai Media Office announced in July 2025. That represented a 25 percent increase in value and a 26 percent rise in the number of deals to 125,538. The neighboring emirate’s performance highlights activity levels across the UAE property landscape.

In Abu Dhabi, the Real Estate Centre recorded transactions valued at AED 51.72 billion during the same period, a 39 percent improvement on the prior year, official figures released in late July 2025 showed. Sales and purchases accounted for AED 32.69 billion of that sum across 7,964 transactions. Mortgage deals added AED 19.03 billion from 6,204 transactions.

Ajman has made its open data on real-estate units transactions available to the public through its regulatory authority website. The datasets include details on disposition of real estate units, mortgage registrations and modifications to mortgage values. Such resources allow stakeholders to monitor sector trends on an ongoing basis.

In the first quarter of 2026, real estate valuation transactions in Ajman reached Dhs 2.92 billion, The Gulf Today reported on April 13. The quarter also witnessed 293 transactions for real estate project units valued at Dhs 188.2 million. That unit figure reflected a 71 percent increase from the year-earlier quarter, the newspaper said.
