The Abu Dhabi Media Office announced that the 12th Education Interface Exhibition will take place in Abu Dhabi on 22 September under the patronage of His Highness Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. The two-day event is scheduled for 22 and 23 September 2026 at the ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, where it will convene stakeholders to address evolving needs in schooling and employment. Organisers have aligned the gathering with national priorities that link learning pathways to family development and economic goals.

This year’s edition adopts the theme Education and the Family to coincide with the UAE’s designation of 2026 as the Year of the Family, a framework the Abu Dhabi Media Office highlighted in its statement. The exhibition seeks to guide students and guardians toward academic programmes, specialised tracks, scholarship options and professional routes while offering views of worldwide instructional shifts and labour-market demands. Officials expect the platform to equip participants with practical information that supports informed choices about future studies and occupations.

Over more than a decade the exhibition series has assisted more than 1.6 million male and female students through its displays, activities and supporting schemes, according to the Abu Dhabi Media Office. The 12th edition will build on that record by introducing targeted initiatives, dedicated programmes and interactive workshops involving learners, families and specialists. Such continuity underscores the event’s established function as a bridge between educational providers and the communities they serve.

Bin Hamoodah Group, AD Ports Group and First Abu Dhabi Bank have joined as partners for the 2026 gathering, the Abu Dhabi Media Office reported. Their involvement reflects wider cooperation between public and private entities that the exhibition routinely promotes. Additional sessions will examine how institutions can better prepare graduates for sectors that drive the national economy.

His Highness Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan praised the Education Interface platform for empowering youth and reinforcing collaboration between academic bodies and private enterprise, the Abu Dhabi Media Office stated. The Deputy Prime Minister noted that such forums advance the UAE’s aim of cultivating a competitive, knowledge-focused economy. His remarks positioned the exhibition as one component of sustained national efforts to align instruction with workforce requirements.

Federal government data indicate the UAE maintains more than 70 higher-education institutions that together enrol over 150,000 students in fields ranging from engineering to health sciences, according to the Ministry of Education. The 12th Education Interface Exhibition will therefore arrive at a time when enrolment continues to expand and institutions refine curricula to match emerging industries. Organisers intend the event to reinforce these trends by facilitating direct exchanges among universities, students and employers across the region.
