Ghitha Holding PJSC released its financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The company said in a statement that revenue totaled AED 3.4 billion, a 28 percent rise from the comparable period a year earlier. Gross profit increased 11 percent to AED 666.2 million over the same timeframe. Second-quarter revenue reached AED 1.7 billion, reflecting 34 percent growth.

The group pointed to its diversified operations as a key factor in the results. It highlighted the acquisition of Taaza by subsidiary NRTC to bolster the fruits and vegetables division. An agreement was also reached for the launch of a new juice platform under the name Al Ain Taaza through collaboration between Al Ain Farms and NRTC.

Falal Ameen, chief executive officer, said in the statement, “Ghitha delivered a strong first-half performance, with solid revenue growth and accelerating momentum in the second quarter, demonstrating the resilience of our diversified platform and strong demand across our core categories. We continued to advance our fresh-produce strategy through NRTC’s acquisition of Taaza, strengthening our presence in the fruits and vegetables segment and enhancing our farm-to-market capabilities. Building on this momentum, our subsidiaries Al Ain Farms and NRTC also signed an MoU to launch Al Ain Taaza, bringing together the complementary capabilities of Al Ain Farms Group and NRTC Group to establish a locally integrated juice platform. Alongside disciplined portfolio management and continued focus on operational efficiency, these initiatives reinforce our commitment to supporting the UAE’s food security agenda and delivering sustainable long-term value.”

Ghitha Holding PJSC operates as a subsidiary of International Holding Company. The firm was established in 2002 in Abu Dhabi and maintains a broad portfolio of businesses according to its corporate website. Its activities span dairy, poultry, fish, agriculture, food commodities, edible oils as well as trading and distribution through entities such as Al Ain Farms, NRTC Group and Abu Dhabi Vegetable Oil Company.

The first quarter of 2026 generated revenue of AED 1.62 billion, representing a 23 percent year-on-year increase, according to an earlier company announcement. Gross profit for that quarter stood at AED 330.8 million. Ghitha Holding achieved full-year revenue of AED 4.6 billion in 2023, which was double the amount recorded in 2022.
