UFC has confirmed plans for UFC 333 at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi on October 24, 2026. The numbered event will headline the Abu Dhabi Showdown Week, which encompasses a range of fan-focused programmes and entertainment options. According to promotional material from Visit Abu Dhabi, the week will include fighter appearances and live events alongside the main card.

This will add to the extensive history of UFC events in the capital. UFC statistics from a 2023 release placed the total number of Abu Dhabi-hosted events at 17, with 201 fights, 324 participating fighters and 14 title bouts. Those cards produced 55 knockouts and 34 submissions, the data showed.

The first UFC event in Abu Dhabi took place in 2010 with UFC 112, which was the promotion’s first outdoor card. Since that time, the emirate has welcomed multiple Fight Nights and pay-per-view events, establishing itself as a cornerstone of the UFC’s international strategy. Etihad Arena has been the primary venue for many of these shows.

Priority registration for updates on UFC 333 is available via the Visit Abu Dhabi website. This allows fans to receive early information on ticket sales, full schedules and other event specifics once they are released. Broadcast details, including coverage on UFC Fight Pass and regional providers, will be announced at a later stage.

UFC promotional material described UFC 333 as the promotion’s biggest night yet in Abu Dhabi. The programme is designed to deliver a comprehensive experience that extends beyond the octagon with various activities for attendees. Further announcements regarding the fight card are anticipated in the months leading up to the event, officials said.
