The National Center of Meteorology has forecast fair to partly cloudy weather for the UAE on August 9, with the possibility of low clouds forming over some eastern areas. Humidity levels are set to increase during the night and early morning hours, raising the chance of light fog in coastal and inland regions. Winds will blow light to moderate, turning active at times, according to the NCM bulletin.

NCM climate records show that August sees an average temperature of 35.7 degrees Celsius nationwide. The highest temperature ever recorded in the month reached 51 degrees, while the lowest was 16.1 degrees. Average monthly rainfall stands at 5.1 millimeters, with the heaviest single-day amount hitting 100.4 millimeters in 2013 at Hamim.

The National Center of Meteorology has noted in its August outlook that temperatures are expected to be around or slightly above average this year. These conditions reflect the typical hot and arid climate of the summer months in the Gulf state. Such forecasts help residents and authorities prepare for the prevailing weather patterns.

The authority’s monitoring indicated no major weather disturbances for the coming day. Sea temperatures remain high at around 33 degrees Celsius, contributing to the humid conditions according to climate data. The National Center of Meteorology compiles these updates from satellite imagery and ground stations across the country.

Historical data from the National Center of Meteorology reveals that August is one of the hottest months, with minimal precipitation overall. The forecast for August 9 follows a period of unstable weather earlier in the month that brought some rainfall to parts of the country. Officials at the center continue to track developments to refine daily predictions.
