Eligibility requires that nominated visitors be non-UAE residents who obtain their own tourist visa or qualify for visa on arrival, the program guidelines state. Nominees must arrive in Dubai by air, sea or road anytime through October 31, 2026, for the resident to qualify for rewards. Participants can submit up to five nominations at once and add further entries as needed, with the system automatically notifying nominators of arrivals that then require verification to release the benefits.
Benefits valued at more than AED3,000 per package include hotel discounts, dining offers, attraction tickets and lifestyle experiences, Visit Dubai reported in its announcement. One offer provides a 45 percent discount on stays at Melia Desert Palm along with AED100 spa credit per person and AED100 food and beverage credit per stay. Additional packages deliver 35 percent off room rates at ME Dubai by Meliá with complimentary upgrades for children under 12 staying free and reductions on dining, spa and laundry services.
Further incentives encompass full credit back on room spending at properties within Destination Mina Seyahi, including Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Waterpark, W Dubai – Mina Seyahi and The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi, redeemable at participating restaurants and the spa, according to the initiative’s published offers. IHG hotels extend a pay-for-two-nights-and-stay-three deal in premium rooms and suites at select locations plus 25 to 30 percent discounts at participating restaurants across Dubai. All benefits must be redeemed by December 31, 2026, unless individual terms specify otherwise.
The program explicitly bars nominations of other UAE residents, self-nominations or duplicate submissions for the same visitor, the terms and conditions note. Visitors bear responsibility for securing their entry permissions, with no visa support provided through the initiative. Automatic tracking handles arrival confirmation, after which residents receive an email detailing how to access their tailored package of offers.
