Dubai Property Sales Reach $16.5 Billion in February 2026

The Dubai Land Department recorded 16959 property sales transactions in February 2026 that generated AED60.6 billion, equivalent to $16.5 billion. According to the department’s figures, off-plan sales accounted for 10526 transactions or 62 percent of the total while ready properties made up 6437 deals. The department also registered 738 gift transactions valued at AED6.86 billion along with 3867 mortgage registrations worth AED16.43 billion.

Dubai Land Department data showed apartment sales reached 12820 transactions valued at AED26.6 billion in the month compared with 11385 sales worth AED21.7 billion in February 2025. Villa and townhouse deals totalled 1563 transactions at AED6.4 billion against 3966 sales valued at AED19.7 billion a year earlier. Commercial property sales climbed to 717 transactions worth AED9.54 billion from 443 deals at AED1.2 billion in the prior February.

Jumeirah Village Circle led transaction volumes with 1146 sales according to the Dubai Land Department while Al Yelayiss 1 topped the value list at AED5.38 billion. The department listed The Alba Residences as the most expensive apartment sale at AED225.965 million and EOME at Palm Jumeirah as the highest villa transaction at AED115 million. Maybach Six ranked as the best-selling off-plan project with 433 transactions valued at AED722 million.

Dubai Land Department statistics placed total real estate sales for the first half of 2026 at AED286.4 billion making it the second-highest half-year total on record. The department reported AED111 billion in transactions from 22108 deals during January 2026 which represented 88 percent growth in value from January 2025. Full-year 2025 closed with more than 270000 transactions valued at AED917 billion reflecting 20 percent growth in both volume and value according to the department’s annual figures.

Tara Khan said “Hitting over AED 60bn in sales volume solidifies Dubai’s position as one of the globe’s most resilient and desirable real estate hubs.” The comment accompanied the February release from the Dubai Land Department that highlighted sustained demand across residential and commercial segments. Additional department data detailed further top-performing areas and projects that contributed to the monthly totals.

Subsequent Dubai Land Department releases showed the strong early-year momentum with February forming part of the robust first-half performance. The department’s ongoing transaction tracking has provided consistent monthly updates throughout 2026. Market participants have referenced these official figures when assessing broader sector activity.
