The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment said in a statement that it launched the “Our Summer is Better with Dubai Housing” campaign on July 14, 2026. The initiative includes community and service-oriented activities for customers living in its housing projects and for the Establishment’s employees during the summer months. It forms part of broader support for the UAE’s Year of the Family 2026, aiming to enhance quality of life and strengthen community engagement. The campaign combines awareness, service and participation to create an integrated summer experience.

According to the statement, customer initiatives will include awareness activities, guidance messages regarding housing services and interactive programs that allow for direct engagement with the authority. These will emphasize the ease and flexibility of accessing the Establishment’s offerings in Dubai. The goal is to boost awareness of available support while fostering closer ties with residents.

For employees, the campaign incorporates internal activities intended to increase participation and build a stronger sense of institutional belonging. This approach is expected to contribute to a more positive work environment throughout the summer. The Establishment views these measures as key to maintaining high standards of service delivery to the public.

The launch aligns with recent housing allocations by the body, which in April 2026 began distributing homes from projects in Wadi Al Amardi and Al Aweer valued at AED 1.6 billion as part of a Dh5.4 billion initiative for young Emiratis, according to reports by Economy Middle East. Such projects underscore the priority given to family support in line with the national Year of the Family declaration. The housing establishment has been active in providing solutions that promote stable family environments across the emirate. This summer campaign extends those efforts into community and staff engagement.

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment affirmed in its announcement that the campaign reflects its dual role in service provision and community building. It aims to support objectives of family stability and social cohesion across Dubai. Participants can look forward to a variety of tailored activities in the coming weeks.

In its statement, the Establishment described the campaign as a platform for direct interaction that improves the customer experience beyond routine transactions. It noted that similar programs form part of ongoing work to deliver integrated housing solutions. The body continues to focus on initiatives that place the family at the center of a sustainable society in line with national directives.
