BEEAH Group announced the launch of the third edition of its Future Leadership Programme, extending the initiative to a broader range of professionals from across the UAE. The 10-month effort will engage 22 participants, with nine drawn from BEEAH itself and 13 from external organisations representing 60 percent of the total, according to a statement from the company carried by the Emirates News Agency. The development continues a trajectory established since the programme’s inception in 2023, when it initially focused on internal talent before progressively incorporating participants from partner entities in subsequent cycles.
Developed in partnership with global executive education specialist Emeritus, the programme comprises 10 intensive training modules paired with self-paced online courses from leading institutions. Participants will obtain certifications from Columbia Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management and Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth upon completion, BEEAH Group reported. Individualised coaching sessions have been added in this edition to customise learning paths in response to each executive’s professional requirements and organisational priorities.
A capstone project will require cross-functional teams to develop actionable solutions addressing real business challenges, particularly in sustainability and operational resilience. The blended format of in-person and virtual sessions has been structured to fit around full-time work commitments while maintaining an average weekly investment of 30 hours. Earlier iterations of the programme have equipped graduates to implement strategic improvements in innovation, analytics and adaptive leadership, the company assessment found.
BEEAH Group data from the second edition indicates overall participant satisfaction reached 90 percent, with faculty quality rated at 96 percent. That cycle, which concluded in 2026, featured 30 percent external participation from Sharjah-based entities in sectors such as media, education and philanthropy. The accumulated learning hours across the first two cohorts exceeded 6,000, underscoring the scale of investment in leadership capacity building.
Established in 2007 through a public-private partnership, BEEAH Group maintains a workforce of 13,000 across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt while advancing initiatives in environment, energy, technology, healthcare and real estate, company records show. The organisation has helped elevate Sharjah’s waste diversion rate beyond 90 percent and extended environmental education to more than 252,000 students alongside 6,500 teachers throughout the UAE. Such efforts position the leadership programme as one component of a comprehensive approach to human capital development in support of long-term sustainability objectives.
The initiative corresponds with national priorities under the UAE’s sustainable development framework by promoting cross-sector knowledge exchange and preparing executives for technological and environmental transitions. BEEAH Group has framed the expanded participation as a step toward transforming the programme into a collaborative platform that benefits a wider network of organisations. This evolution aims to generate broader economic and social value through enhanced leadership standards in key industries.
Khaled Al Huraimel, group CEO and vice-chairman at BEEAH, commented on the launch by noting the connection between institutional strength and leadership adaptability. “We at BEEAH believe that the strength of institutions is linked to the ability of their leaders to adapt and keep pace with changes,” he said. Hind Al Huwaidi, chief executive development officer at the company, added that the programme had evolved markedly, stating, “The Future Leadership Programme has witnessed remarkable development to become a platform that provides promising talents with opportunities for learning, thinking and applying new skills in the work environment.”
