Al Ramz Corporation Achieves Record Revenues With 90 Percent H1 Profit Growth

The company said in a statement that profit before tax climbed 87 percent to AED 39 million for the six months ended June 30 while total revenues advanced 59 percent year on year. Net commission income rose 35 percent to AED 30.9 million with asset management fees increasing 36 percent to AED 6.4 million during the period. Market-making revenues gained 45 percent to AED 10 million as net interest income set a fresh record at AED 37.8 million after expanding 48 percent.

According to the release assets under management reached AED 1.5 billion as Al Ramz expanded its regional capital markets advisory business and launched new investment products. The Horizon GCC Equity Fund and Fortitude Sukuk Fund were introduced amid higher trading volumes and renewed client confidence despite geopolitical tensions across the region. The company’s 2023 annual report had previously detailed full-year net profit of AED 40 million which marked a 22 percent increase from 2022 illustrating a pattern of sustained expansion.

Al Ramz’s Digital Financial Mall recorded trading values of AED 3.5 billion with registered users climbing to 22,600 the statement noted. Platform enhancements during the period included the addition of U.S. options trading which broadened service offerings to retail and institutional clients alike. These digital initiatives supported overall revenue momentum by improving accessibility and engagement across brokerage and financing activities.

Group Managing Director Mohammad Al Mortada Al Dandashi said in the statement “Our first-half 2026 results demonstrate delivery against our strategy with record performance strong revenue momentum and progress across regional capital markets advisory market making asset management and digital financial services.” He highlighted the firm’s ability to navigate external challenges through diversified operations and strategic investments. The announcement pointed to resilience built on innovation in products and technology platforms.

The release detailed ongoing investments in an AI-powered virtual assistant named THOR together with upgrades to the customer relationship management system and data architecture. Such enhancements are intended to improve operational efficiency and deliver more personalised services to clients across the UAE and broader GCC markets. Al Ramz indicated that these steps would support deeper regional integration and expanded access to capital markets opportunities.
