Thirteen teams are aiming to make their debut at the finals if they advance from the qualifiers, the AFC reported, naming Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Chinese Taipei, Guam, Lebanon, Maldives, Mongolia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palestine, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Macau, China.
