The exhibition runs through September 6 under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region and Chairman of the Emirates Falconers’ Club, ADNEC Group said in a statement. Organised by ADNEC Group in strategic partnership with the Emirates Falconers’ Club, the 23rd edition has been extended to 10 days for the first time to meet strong community demand seen in previous years. Daily visiting hours run from 10am to 10pm across the full ADNEC Centre facilities, which include a newly constructed temporary hall in the central plaza. This year’s theme is “A Legacy of Pride,” highlighting the blend of Emirati heritage with contemporary offerings.

ADNEC Group reported that the venue now spans 107,000 square metres, a 17 percent increase from the 2025 edition. Participating brands have grown by 17 percent to reach 2,405 from 71 countries, with six additional nations joining for the first time, according to the organisers. The expansion allows for greater interactivity and marks the most comprehensive staging since the event began in 2003.

Fifteen sectors feature at the exhibition, the ADNEC Group statement detailed. These encompass falconry, camels, equestrianism, salukis, hunting rifles and equipment, veterinary products and services, hunting tourism, safari operations, fishing gear, marine sports, outdoor leisure vehicles, caravans, shooting sports, arts and crafts, and environmental and cultural heritage preservation. Falcon auctions are scheduled on multiple dates during the show, alongside saluki competitions and various equestrian demonstrations to engage attendees throughout the period.

Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club and Abu Dhabi Turf Club are presenting developments in the sector at stand A-125 near the grandstand entrance, their joint announcement stated. The display includes digital exhibits on the upcoming 2026-27 racing calendar, which comprises 16 meetings from October through April along with flagship events such as the UAE President Cup on December 12, 2026. Ali Al Shaiba said, “We are pleased to participate in ADIHEX 2026 and to showcase the continued evolution of Abu Dhabi’s equestrian and racing sectors.” The stand further promotes the Therapeutic Riding Programme run in partnership with the Authority of Social Contribution and provides downloadable calendars for racing, show jumping and dressage activities.

WAM reported that the exhibition remains the largest dedicated to these fields in the Middle East and North Africa. It brings together professionals and enthusiasts while showcasing both traditional Emirati practices in falconry and hunting alongside modern technological advances in related equipment. Pre-event auctions occurred in mid-August, with additional sessions set for the exhibition’s opening weekend and closing days.
